nara is neus (she/they) — is a Catalan physicist, musician and producer of ambient music and soundtracks from Barcelona. Their aesthetic is shaped as an ode to darkness, beauty and imperfection with compositions reminiscent of soundtracks of non-existing films.

Young staple of the city's tiny new queer ambient scene, with performances at the Sonar Festival or MACBA contemporary museum as well as the curating of Dublab, the city's underground radio supporting the local music scene, their recent lines of research range from exploring the limits between the organic and the digital world to reinterpretations of classical pieces such as Stravinsky's Rite of Spring (together with dance company Silvia Batet) or auto-generative songs.

With Atzur ("azure" in catalan), they created a self contained delicate and ethereal emotional journey centered around two protagonist tracks hugged by an intro/outro cut from the same impro for full circle continuity and showing both their love for sound design and drama.
